Owner Juan de Porcioles decided on the foothills of the Pyrenees as the place to establish his family estate in 1992. This would not have been a hard decision, as the estate exudes quiet beauty across seemingly endless hills of olive trees, cereals, sheep and cattle. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 20 days. Balanced with fresh notes of opulent fruit and medium in body.

The grapes are harvested manually in the early hours of the morning. Cold maceration. Each variety of grapes is prepared separately. Alcoholic fermentation at 14-15 ºC for 18 days.
