Can I request to receive only white wines, only red wines, etc.?

We carefully curate each wine club shipment to reflect a diversity of styles, grapes, regions, and tastes. We are confident that you will enjoy each bottle your receive through our wine club. Unfortunately we do not allow substitutions or changes to the composition of wine club shipments.

How do I know which wines I will receive?

Prior to dispatching your shipment we will send you detailed tasting notes for the wines in the quarter’s shipment. These tasting notes will include winemaker commentary and behind-the-scenes background about the wines you are about to receive.

What do I do if I receive a faulty bottle?

If your shipment contains a faulty bottle please write to club@canopywines.com and we will organize to replace the faulty bottle in your next shipment.

What if I need to skip a shipment or pause my membership?

You can elect to skip any shipment or place your membership on pause for any length of time with no penalties or charges. In order to skip a shipment or pause your membership, please write to club@canopywines.com not later than the 5th day of the quarter you wish to skip.

Can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time with no penalties or charges. To avoid being billed for an upcoming quarter, please write to club@canopywines.com not later than the 5th day of the quarter.
