Tasting Notes: A highly active, lively and extremely fine head. A fine flavour with good, leesy background and well developed palate, with a bright, fresh finish.

Vinification: 100% Chardonnay. Champagne Method Food Pairings: On its own with any celebration, with appetizers or with dessert.

Wine Notes: Mevushal and Kosher for Passover. Made under the aus- pices of the Cape Town Beth Din and the OU of the United States.
