This elegant example of South Africa's preeminent grape variety displays enticing stone fruit and white pear aromas. Grapes for this wine are grown on un-trellised "bush vine" vineyards in the Swartland, and fermented in a combination of stainless steel tanks and 300 liter oak barrels. The wine is matured for 8 months before bottling in order to yield a fresh yet full palate.
