The fresh and well-rounded palate adds to an array of white blossoms, ripe pear and a mineral finish. The wine is unpretentious and over delivers on the nose and palate.
Hand harvested at optimum ripeness, the juice was settled and fermented at 14°C with extended lees contact - to a part of the blend. The final wine shows both depth and class as a result of the buttonage process, together with the typical freshness & perfume-like aromas of a stainless steel fermented Chenin blanc.
