This wine is green-yellow in color. Clean and bright, it displays well defined fruit aromas. Peach and and apple standout on the palate along with white flower notes. Fresh and rounded entry in the mouth with potent long and complex finish of flowers and fruit.
Fermentation process: After a light maceration of the skins with the must, it is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 16º for 15 days. After this process is completed, the wine is aged on the lees for two months with a battonage twice per week to keep its fine lees in suspension in the wine, protecting it from oxygenation and giving the wine a fine mouth-feel.
This wines goes especially well with seafood such as shrimp and steamed mussels. Pairs nicely with salads and light pasta dishes as well. Suggested serving temperature 6/8 C.
