This striking wine combines copper hues with a deeper red blush. Grapes are handpicked at 21-22 Balling, de-stemmed, and kept in contact with the skins for 6-10 hours. Skins are pressed, juice is settled overnight, and the wine is fermented at 16 Celsius for 15 days.
