Noble Hill is uniquely positioned on the slopes of the Simonsberg mountains separating Stellenbosch and Paarl. The family-operated winery grows all its grapes on the estate, eschewing the trend towards wines sourced from various origins for terroir-driven styles.

The wines are fruitful, elegant, drinkable, and classically styled. Small production volumes (most wines' production is 500-1000 cases per year) allow the winery to focus on quality from start to finish. The result is a wine that is true to terroir and exceptionally enjoyable.
